A charming, modified ranch originally built in the 70's as a cottage, and extensively renovated and expanded in the 90's operates as private home, bed and breakfast as well as long & short stays and corporate rentals. It is situated on three and a half secluded acres with 425 feet of private waterfront on the north shore of the Bay of Quinte, in Prince Edward County

Large berms shelter the secluded gardens from the roadway. An array of birds and wildlife, as well as Stormy a rescued donkey, share the gardens. A large pond is home to a brood of ducks and a wild heron, who much to the dismay of the owner lunches on the dwindling pond-stocked koi.

Extensive docking, frames a 6000 square foot yacht basin, with a depth of 12 feet, providing guest boats with shore power, fresh water for tanks and bay water for washing the boat. Docks provide peaceful afternoon sun bathing & fantastic sunset viewing.

The area is becoming known as the newest wine producing region in Eastern Ontario. A beautiful island adventure, award winning cuisine & wines, rich history, stunning landscapes . Well known for the Sand Banks Provincial Parks, etc There are wonderful array of RESTAURANTS and ANTIQUE SHOPS.

Two beautiful rescue CATS (a Himalyian and a Persian) and an adorable Golden Retriever, named Molly share the house with the B’nb hostess, who operates an Interior Design Consulting business and the "Oops!" Store located on the premises. Her other hobbies included decorating & and being mom.
