If management determines smoking has occurred indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged and guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for shortened stay. Ashtrays are provided on porches and in other designated smoking areas. Parking: On-site parking is available. Phones: Because personal cell phones are the norm, individual rooms do not have phones. A fax machine is available by prior arrangement with the management. Free cable Internet access is available for laptop users equipped with wireless modems. Hard-wire dial-up access is not available on the property. Deposits & Payments All reservations made less than 21 days in advance will be charged to your credit card. (Similarly, in the event that you desire to pay by cheque and same does not arrive here at least 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the payment will be billed to your credit card). Once deposit is received or credit card information received, we will forward you the travel directions and reservation confirmation via e-mail or fax. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will forfeit deposit, unless the accommodation can be re-booked. If the accommodation is re-booked, only the $50 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for no shows and cancellations made 7 days prior to the reservation.
